Regarding our Return/ Refund Policies
- Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available on any item.
- Damaged/ defective products need to be returned in the original condition they were gotten in with all the accompanying devices
- Customize Item/Product will not provide any returns/claims.
- For any Chinese Items, We Do not offer any returned facility, and we always make a complete process video to ensure that device is working properly and send it to our customer before dispatching the order.
- If You don’t want any Item after the order placing you can return it in the same & unopened condition with all the original packing. As soon as you received
- Note: Company will Provide 10% of Returned Invoice Value charges in accept of damaged /Wrong Items as courier charges.
- Customer have to inform us before sending the item/product back to us and also have to provide proper Tracking no. of returned item/product.
- Which Images you are seeing in our website those are mostly illustrated image to describe the customer the shape and type, if you need exact images of product or item then you can ask before order
- There is no refund will be accepted on ground of image to product change.
- In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the authority to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Refund Policy
- We tried to give our best for our customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund your money, on condition that the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation
Customer Have to shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as TCS, M&P, Leopards, any Cargo, DHL, FedEx or Via Pakistan Post, In case of loss or damage, the customer is responsible
- In case any client is not completely satisfied with our Item/products we can provide a refund.
- When return is approved customer will be refunded via them original payment method, credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of buying and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
- Requests received later than 2 working days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
